A 5 mm mat of dense, low-porosity cork bonded to natural tree rubber. Each mat is hand-finished in a small workshop outside Porto, where the cork is sourced from second-cycle Quercus suber bark — the harvest that follows nine years after the first stripping, when the grain reaches its finest texture.
The traditional Chinese meridian lines are laser-etched along the length: a subtle map to guide alignment during long holds. Acupressure points sit slightly off-grid, like a hand-drawn map rather than a printed one.
Improves with age. The cork darkens to a warmer honey tone after a few months of regular use, and the rubber base molds to the irregularities of your floor. Naturally antimicrobial, no PVC, no synthetic foams.
